Free Shipping: Orders above R1000 qualify for free delivery. (NB)
Courier Partners:
Pep (PAXI / Pep Home) – Delivery to your nearest Pep store.
PostNet – Delivery to your nearest PostNet branch.
✅ Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being handed over to our courier partners.

Express Shipping

- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
- Cost: R140.
- Details: For faster delivery, choose express shipping. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day.
Additional Information
- Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across South Africa.

- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
- Custom-tailored items are not eligible for returns.
Refund Process:

- Ship the item to the provided return address (at your expense).
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [7-10 business days].
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for sizing or product defects.
